In Somatic Awareness Sessions I utilize a wide variety of tools to assist clients in accessing their bodies as resource and developing a relationship with their body’s innate wisdom. These tools include: visualization, somatic embodiment practices, breathe, activation and utilization of energy centers (chakras), skill development in physical, energetic, mental and emotional tracking, Parts Work (IFS) and a variety of additional self-awareness and embodiment skills.
Sessions can be done in a group setting or one on one.
Group Sessions are a great introduction to the basic skills of this Practice.
Working one on one allows for customized sessions in which we dive deeper into personal habits and strategies and how to work with Body/Mind dynamic.
